Fallout 4 settlements list

Fallout 4 Settlements List and Guide

Its graphical user interface is often overly opaque, and also at instances Fallout 4 has a number of the exact technical dilemmas since Bethesda's prior matches, from unusual AI quirks to performance hitches and genuine hard locks of the computer software. It unforgiving. And even though a next-gen visual overhaul, its human personalities look a small terrifying. I am not nearly as large a fan of the Diamond City radio DJ since I had been of Three Dog at Fall-out 3. While this can be lifted directly from previous Fallout matches, fall-out 4 is considerably compact within the way in which that the player character's talents are all managed. Each SPECIAL skill H-AS 10 capacities also each talent needs a rank in the skill. When you level up, you have a single purpose, which you may use to unlock an skill, or to increase your entire SPECIALs. Granted, the change was scary -- accessible bonuses and abilities are shown on a poster, list every perk available. Competency must not be considered a bullet tip to get a game's store web page, however, it was obscure to really enjoy the gunplay in fall-out 4 soon after trudging through the controls in literally every other game Bethesda was left. Functional used to be the watchword, plus it's been replaced by something that can actually be fun. Clearly, skill shots aren't always possible, and weapons have stats that influence precision, their effectiveness, recoil and the like -- particularly today that you may alter just about every object of equipment.

In spite of that shift, Fallout 4 feels familiar outside at the Commonwealth, fall out's alternate history catchall merging of those brand new England states that nearly all reluctantly includes Massachusetts and Boston. Except that fall out 4's shooting and movement allow it to feel like a more practical, qualified shooter now. Like every fall out game, fall-out 4 places you in the sneakers of a fish from water, then thrown into the wasteland remains of the nuclear post-apocalypse. A few taxpayers could find shelter over the Vaults large, gigantic , hyper-advanced underground cities designed to hold out against the end of the world ahead of the dinosaurs fell. You act as finds himself separated from his loved ones and hauled 200 decades into the long term.

CD Projekt RED: 'Cyberpunk 2077 ambitieuzer dan The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt'

Racing games for PC: ten of the best for 2018

What are the best racing games? So many elements contribute: the genre's not only about graphical fidelity and hair-raising sound design - though both certainly help - it's also about pulling you into the action as if you’re there in the driver’s seat, eyes strained as the asphalt whips past at 240kph. From honing your timing for a perfect gear shift to kicking out the back-end for a sublime drift, a quality racing game just feels right.

This your first race with us? We're your best pit-stop for PC gaming news, features, and reviews

Best Racing Games

Don’t go asking, “How could you forget about Grand Prix Legends! Where’s Geoff Crammond?!” When versions of those games surface on Steam or GOG, we’ll be the first in line to play them again… and inevitably find they haven’t aged as well as we hoped. So for those of you who are just looking to hop in and fire up the engine of a superb racer, whether that’s an intricate sim or an arcade thriller, we've got some breakneck PC racers for you.

These are the best racing games:

Hearthstone Year of the Raven: release date, expansions, cards, heroes, features - everything we know

With Hearthstone’s Year of the Mammoth drawing to an end, it’s time for the next year of content to head to Blizzard’s CCG. 2017 heralded the arrival of the three new expansions, as well as two single-player campaigns, each with a host of new cards and features, and 2018 will be no different.

Hearthstone quests will get more rewarding in Year of the Raven.

Year of the Raven

Blizzard have just announced that the next year of content for Hearthstone will be named the Year of the Raven. Details are still reasonably scarce, but as with previous years, Hearthstone Year of the Raven will usher in three new expansions. There’ll also be a new Hearthstone hero, and brand-new single-player modes are coming throughout the year.

The free copy of Devil May Cry through Twitch Prime has been delayed due to technical issues

Update, February 27: Unfortunately, the free Devil May Cry that was going to be offered through Twitch Prime has been delayed because of "unforeseen technical circumstances," and it has been pushed back by a week.

It's somewhat disappointing, but tech issues happen, and the end date for the promotion has been pushed back in kind, so you've still got about a month to collect your copy of Devil May Cry when the promotion starts.

We're still hoping we can soon add Devil May Cry 5 to our list of upcoming PC games.

Hearthstone will get three Year of the Raven expansions

The Year of the Raven, the next year of content coming to Hearthstone, will contain three brand new expansions. Blizzard didn’t say exactly what any of the new expansions would include, but they did tease all three of them, as you can see in the image above.

Here's everything we know about Hearthstone's Year of the Raven.

Year of the Raven

At this point we can only guess what that teaser is actually showing. Discussions around expansion one’s image in the PCGN office suggest it might be something to do with the Old Gods again, but my opinion is that those are thorns, not tentacles, which could point towards a Druid-themed expansion. We’re pretty set on expansion two being based on The Void, given the purple glow around that Magic Circle, but we have no idea what expansion three is - guesses range from Murlocs and Pirates to Shamans and Goblins.

Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite is now included in the Xbox Play Anywhere scheme

Suddenly, Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite just got a bit more enticing (even if it's not at Evo this year) in a surprise update: the game is now listed as an Xbox Play Anywhere game, meaning you can buy it on either Xbox One or PC and receive the other platform's version for free as well.

If you like comics but you're bad at fighting games, Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite is probably the best fighting game for you.

Marvel vs Capcom Infinite Play Anywhere

Windows Central were the ones who caught this, and it looks to be just a quick change to the game, as well as a price drop, according to Shoryuken.

Overwatch patch 1.20 notes: Sombra can now hack everything, Mei and Doomfist buffed

The next big patch for Overwatch, aka the Doomfist, Mei, and Sombra patch, is out now! There are big changes to Sombra, and smaller ones to Doomfist and Mei, in line with director Jeff Kaplan's recent comments about Mei not needing a significant rework. One thing is holding Gwent back - its terrible lootboxes

I enjoyed playing Gwent with the foul-mouthed locals of The Witcher 3 enough to give the standalone version some of my time. It captures the charm and strategic complexity of the original card game but has updated visuals and card effects that help it to better fit among its competitors in the CCG genre. But there is one thing that troubles me - Gwent has terrible loot boxes.

Here are the best Gwent decks for each faction.

Gwent

I acknowledge that this is an unusual opinion to have. Microtransactions are a sore topic for many, with loot boxes being one of the most maligned iterations as they encourage repeat spending due to the contents of each box being determined by chance. So far, however, Gwent has been reasonably generous.

Diablo co-creator says Diablo 2 on modern PCs could never be the same game you remember

Over on IGN, Ryan McCaffrey hosts a show called Unfiltered, where he interviews developers about all sorts of things, without, as you guessed, too much of a filter, The most recent episode featured Davik Brevik, co-creator of Diablo, and he gave an interesting answer on why you'll probably never see Diablo 2 on PC as you remember it.

Diablo 2 is on our list of the best classic games PC has ever seen, here's the rest of the gems from PC gaming history.

Diablo 2 wallpaper

McCaffrey asked Brevik if he's heard anything about Diablo 2 coming to modern PCs, and, while he doesn't work at Blizzard any more and so can't comment on what they're working on internally, it would be "extremely difficult, you will not be able to capture it exactly the way it was."

A Rebellion trademark has meant that Hellhunter has changed its name to HellSign

You might remember Hellhunter, a game that aimed to raise AU$50,000 in a Kickstarter campaign. The game itself was a supernatural RPG, where you'd be hunting down demons and all sorts of nasty creatures. It wasn't successful, but development has continued, and the game is coming out in Q2 2018. Unfortunately, they've had to change the name, though: Rebellion trademarked the term 'hell hunter' in January 2017.

Here's a list of some more RPGs on PC. As far as we know, none of them have since changed their names.

HellSign splash

Ballistic Interactive, the developers behind what was previously called Hellhunter, sought to trademark the game late into development, and when they did choose to trademark their title, the Rebellion trademark was said to be an issue.

Hearthstone is finally getting a tournament mode

A tournament mode is finally coming to Hearthstone. The changes will make their way to Blizzard’s CCG as part of the upcoming Year of the Raven.

Here's everything we know about Hearthstone's Year of the Raven.

Hearthstone Fireside Gathering

Blizzard say that the advent of tournament mode will allow you to play with friends, but is also aimed at helping with Fireside Gatherings - local, small-scale events where Hearthstone players can meet up and play together. The aim is to make some of the administrative aspects of the tournament easier to organise.

Tax refunds of $250,000 and the new Pfister Comet SR are now in GTA Online

In the real world, giving up your cash for The Man in the form of taxes can feel rough. Nobody wants to give up what they've earned - in the spirit of breaking the real-world rules and appealing to your sense of fantasy, GTA Online is giving out tax refunds to the tune of $250,000 over the next week. That'd be nice, wouldn't it?

In case you're a dirty, dirty cheater, here's some of the console commands you can use in GTA V to have a bit of fun.

GTA Online Pfister Comet SR

If you logged in between February 16 and February 26, the 2018 San Andreas State Tax Refund of $250,000 will appear in your GTA Online account between now and March 6. There's also a 10% rebate, up to $1,000,000, depending on how much you spent in the game in the last 10 days.

Hearthstone's new hero is the druid Lunara

While Blizzard are keeping their collective lips sealed on release dates, themes, and even names of Hearthstone’s Year of the Raven expansions, the developers were able to reveal that we’ll be getting another druid character to play with: Lunara.

Here's everything we know about Hearthstone's upcoming Year of the Raven.

hearthstone druid class lunara

Lunara “epitomises that spirit and whimsy of Heartstone,” the games art director Ben Thompson tells us on a call. With each character, Blizzard try to capture a different personality so Hearthstone players have someone they can identify with. Lunara will be for players who approach the game with a light playfulness.

Hearthstone's Year of the Raven makes quests more rewarding

Hearthstone’s quests are about to change. With the start of the upcoming Year of the Raven, the rewards you get for playing Blizzard’s CCG are about to get a lot more generous.

The Year of the Raven is the next set of content coming to Hearthstone.

Hearthstone

For one thing, the amount of gold you receive for completing quests is set to go up. Most quests won’t change, but 40 gold quests will now all be worth 50 gold. That means that once you’ve completed two quests - no matter what they are - you’ll always be able to buy a new card pack.

The gaming GPU doesn't exist that will run Final Fantasy XV at 4K 60fps on the highest settings

A playable demo of Final Fantasy XV’s Windows Edition launched yesterday, allowing gamers a glimpse of the first chapter of the game and these boys’ dashing haircuts in all their glory. Let’s hope this pre-release demo is a little bit more representative of actual gaming performance than the benchmarking utility turned out to be.

Experience glorious 4K or colour-perfect 1080p with one of the best gaming monitors around.

Final Fantasy XV Screenshot

Despite our best efforts, we couldn’t quite reach the elusive 4K at 60fps bar we were hoping would be possible on this title. A singular Nvidia GTX 1080 Ti only managed to reach 48fps - and that was only once Nvidia’s own GameWorks augmentations were disabled.

Stop asking Tony Hawk to remaster his old games

I know it's an easy mistake to make, because of his nonchalant style and baggy clothes, but pro-skateboarder Tony Hawk is not an engineer or a coder, so please stop asking him to remaster his old games.

Stop bothering Tony Hawk and read about why videogame remasters should be more like Director's Cuts.

Tony Hawk's

Tony “The Birdman” Hawk is a skateboarding superstar and household name. He was also the face of the Tony Hawk videogame franchise, a series which spawned a whopping 15 games - though they weren’t all winners.

The Tony Hawk series was published by Activision until 2015, when the licensing deal between the two expired, leaving Activision with the licence but no Tony Hawk to endorse the games.

Total War: Arena PC review

I will be honest: I did not expect Total War: Arena to be this good.

The Total War games have always been more than their real-time battles. They are about scrolling across an interactive map of medieval Europe, inhaling the atmosphere of a world long gone (one part burning wood, two parts human faeces). They are about whiling away the hours eyeing up territory, wondering why it is not yours: the kingly notion that has started all too many wars. And the battles themselves are coloured by the broader context. This crucial river crossing is the gateway to an otherwise unprotected continent; that routing unit of archers will be your last if you cannot afford to train another. The Total War games are layered, like the history textbooks our school teachers had us cover in wrapping paper.

Total War: Arena review

Arena promises to strip all of that away, leaving behind only multiplayer battles of no consequence beyond the acquisition of varying amounts of XP. Who wants that?

I've been working on and off for a while on two different formats for the overviews on the containers and storage pages. I believe that we need to merge them into one and clean them up. Including changing the format to go from game to game ''engine'' as the world objects from FO3 and NV as well as FO1 and 2 can be paired together with no loss of function.

Could you please send me the files for Robert DeLuca and Rachel? I've formatted the references as best as I can with what I can remember and without copys of my own.
