Fortnite Season 4 introduceert nieuwe regio Hop Rocks

Fortnite Season 4 arriveert vandaag in de nasleep van de crash van de komeet. Waar eerder alles erop wees dat Tilted Towers van de kaart zou verdwijnen, blijkt Dusty Depot nu vervangen te zijn door een nieuwe regio.

Wanneer je in Fortnite de krater van de komeet bezoekt, kom je terecht in een nieuwe regio genaamd 'Hop Rocks'. Dit gebied ligt vol met lichtgevende stenen. Door een steen op te eten krijg je de mogelijkheid om te zweven als een superheld.

De servers van Fortnite zijn nog maar net terug online na onderhoud. Epic heeft ook nog geen officiële patch notes doorgegeven. Het is dus nog even wachten tot we zeker weten wat er nog allemaal nieuw is in Fornite. De cinematische intro van Fortnite Season 4 is al wel beschikbaar.

Fabian ‘Sheepy’ Mallant and Fabian ‘Exileh’" Schubert are the coach and mid laner for European LCS team the Unicorns of Love, and they will be appearing as voice actors in the German dub of Deadpool 2. There’s no word on the characters they’ll be playing, but as it’s a dubbed version they could be covering anyone.

The two Fabians have since appeared on Twitter with a video set in the recording studio for the movie, where they ask fans to see if they can recognise their voices when the movie comes out.

Multiple new locations have arrived in Fortnite's season 4 map. The meteor has landed, bringing destruction in its wake, but also helpfully spawning a few brand-new places for you to drop.

First things first - Tilted Towers is still standing. Whether that’s something you’re happy about or not, it was possibly the biggest question on everyone’s minds ahead of the meteor’s impact. Dusty Depot, on the other hand, is looking significantly worse for wear. The meteor appears to have landed almost directly on top of the location, creating the brand-new Dusty Divot.
