LoL Patch 8.1 Release Date And Downtime

We don't know the exact release date for patch 8.1 yet. Some of the changes below will go live before patch 8.1 in patch 7.24b, which is likely to be around December 14. The rest of the changes will go live around January 9/10. We'll update when Riot do, but keep an eye on the server maintenance page for the latest updates.
