THQ Nordic acquires Deep Silver, Saints Row and Dead Island

Darksiders publishers THQ Nordic have purchased German software company Koch Media, owners of Deep Silver, for $121 million.

According to an announcement by THQ Nordic (via Gematsu), the publishers now own Deep Silver, and all the series they publish, including Saints Row, Metro, and Dead Island.
