Ubisoft have really been pushing the boat out with their Assassin’s Creed Origins merch. First there were the $60,000 headphones containing 18-carat gold. There was also a full-size, 3D-printed sarcophagus, into which was mounted a TV and an Xbox One, and a collector’s issue for $800. Alongside all that, a new statue doesn’t seem particularly bad, but rest assured, it’s pretty expensive.
Assassin's Creed Origins' Discovery Tour shows that games can do more than just entertain.
The Assassin’s Creed Origins Trials of the Gods figurine will set you back a cool $500. It features the three gods who players faced in the trials; Sobek, lord of the waters; Anubis, God of the Dead; and Sekhmet, the warrior Goddess. Admittedly, it’s a very nice collection, but I have more important things to spend that kind of money on - a roof over my head, for example.
